Returns & Exchanges
We make every effort to make sure our product descriptions are as detailed as possible. If you have a question about sizing then please feel free to contact us prior to making your purchase, and we will assist you in every way we can. When in doubt, we suggest sizing up so your little one will get the most possible wear out of each item!
Canvas House is not responsible for items sold through stockists.
New and unworn/unused items purchased online are eligible for exchange or store credit. Canvas House must be notified within 14 days of item being received and must be returned for exchange/credit within 21 days of purchase. All return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless, the item has been damaged before or during delivery or where there has been some other mistake by our account. We cannot and will not take responsibility for items returned to us without us being notified first.
Should you have an item you wish to send back to change the size or color please send your item/s back to us with the completed returns form.
Return: Once your item has been received back, it will be processed and a store credit will be issued to the value of your return, you can then use this credit to purchase item of your choice. You will be responsible for new shipping charges should you choose the credit option.
Exchange: You may request a direct exchange, but we do not guarantee a certain item will be available in certain colors/sizes. This is due to the nature of our Small Shop, and the fact that we carry limited supply of each item. We will do our best to make sure you are satisfied with the exchange and will ship the new item to you free of charge.
*Sale Items - Discounted products & Promotional items.
There are no returns on sale items unless they are found to be faulty. All sales for clearance, promotional and discounted stock are final and no exchanges can be processed. Please choose carefully
*Items must be returned to us within 21 days of receiving item (as listed on tracking information.)
We highly recommend inspecting all of the items in your order upon receipt to ensure any returns or credits that need to be processed can be done in the allocated time frame.
* Garment must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed or in otherwise unused condition with all original labels intact. Items with odor, hair, fur, or stains will not be accepted, and will be returned at the purchasers expense.
In the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately via email HERE.
If the item is deemed faulty we will offer a replacement (if we have a replacement in stock) , credit or refund once we have received the returned item.
We will cover the costs of return shipping.
Please do not send anything back to us if we have not been made aware of the issue/ fault and discussed this with you.
Please inspect all goods upon arrival and ensure to get any returns back to us within the 21 day timeline advised above.
